Obituary

Regina "Jeanie" O'Neill, 74, of Philipsburg, passed away Wednesday December 21,2022 at her residence.

Born November 13, 1948, in Houtzdale, she was a daughter of the late Margaret (Rackovan) Delansky.

Jeanie was catholic by faith.

She was a graduate of Moshannon Valley High School and attended Suny College in New Paltz, New York.

Jeanie was an artist in progress, an exceptional painter and articulate crafter.  She loved dogs and was a very generous person.

She was a member and former payroll supervisor for PETA.   While living in New York she was employed by numerous companies including, The Daily Advance and Mental Health Association of Dutchess County.

 Jeanie is survived by three sisters: Victoria (Timothy) Wallace of Punta Gorda, FL, Vincentia (Paul) Schreffler-Hagen of Newark, DE, Rose (Walter)Rafacz of Northumberland, a brother John (Lola) Rackovan of Oregon, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Also surviving is her fiancé Michael Stine

Preceding her in death were her mother and husband Richard O'Neill.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations be made in Jeanie's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959
