Patricia "Pat" (Refalsky) Clancy

Patricia "Pat" Clancy, 79, of Houtzdale, passed away Saturday February 11,2023 at Penn Highlands Tyrone.

Born March 21, 1943, in Fernwood, rural Janesville, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Holobink) Refalsky.

She was a member of St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey.

Pat was formerly employed at Iraca's Restaurant, Uni Mart, Quick Check and retired from Bi Lo in Houtzdale.

Pat enjoyed cooking, baking, watching court shows, reading magazines and cookbooks, going to yard sales, growing plants and just sitting on the back porch.

 On May 13, 1962, she married Paul W. Clancy, who survives at home.

Also surviving are three children; Paul W. Clancy Jr. of Houtzdale, Angelia (John) Sukala of Williamsburg, and Christie Margaret Clancy of Janesville, along with seven grandchildren; Joshua and Jeremey Clancy, Mary and Sara Sukala, Maggie Frailey, Katherine Fields, John Sukala III and six great grandchildren. 

Pat was the last of her generation.

Proceeding her in death were her parents and a brother Robert.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Friday February 17,2023 at the Birger A Freeberg Funeral Home Inc, Houtzdale. Family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of service.
