Patricia A. Sheridan, 96, a guest of Colonial Courtyard, Tyrone, passed away Monday February 16, 2026 at the Courtyard.
Born May 13,1929 in Hollidaysburg, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Ruth (Burket) Baldwin.
Prior to moving to Colonial Courtyard she resided with her nephew Jerry Bowman in Houtzdale.
Patricia enjoyed going to church services, playing bingo, socializing with friends and going on outings.
She received her bachelor's and master's degree from the Woman's Hospital School of Nursing, Philadelphia. She started her nursing career at Rush Hospital and Philadelphia General Hospital. She was a nursing instructor at the Methodist Hospital, Philadelphia and retired from Fox Chase Cancer Hospital, Philadelphia.
In 1965 in City Line, Philadelphia she married Edward Sheridan, who preceded her in death in 1986.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters Geraldine Bowman, Frances Kinney, and Nancy Hall, three brothers William, Elwood and Eugene Baldwin, a nephew Richard Bowman, and a great nephew Calvin Bowman.
Patricia was the last of her generation.
Services will be private.
Patricia will be buried in Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.
