Michael Joseph Biancuzzo

Michael Joseph Biancuzzo, 23 of Philipsburg, passed away Thursday September 28,2023 at UPMC Altoona.

Born October 26,1999, in State College, he was the son of the late Steven Biancuzzo and Michele (Gresh) Wayne of Houtzdale.

Michael was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, Houtzdale Fire Co #1, Houtzdale Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 327 and Morris Township Fire Co.

He was employed in the Maintenance Dept of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Clearfield.

Michael enjoyed buggy riding, caring for his lawn and running heavy equipment. He loved his fur babies, Luna, Ivy and his cat Willow.

Surviving is his mother Michele and stepfather Jamie Wayne, grandmother Karen Gresh, great grandmother Maryan Dombroski, and his companion Maccee Rebmann.

Also surviving are sisters Gabrielle and Alexis Wayne, stepsister Miranda Wayne-Beers and stepbrother Aston Wayne, along with several cousins.

 Michael was preceded in death by his father, his paternal grandparents, Salvator "Sam" and Mary Ann Biancuzzo, and Grandfather Ronald Gresh.

Visitation will be held at the Birger A Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale on Monday October 2, 2023, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and Tuesday from 9-10:30am

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday October 3,2023 at 11:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, with the Rev. Father Zab Amar as celebrant.

Interment will be in the St. Lawrence Cemetery, Houtzdale.

The family requests donations be made in Michael's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
