John Natalie, 84, of Houtzdale, passed away Friday April 17,2026 surrounded by his family

Born September 14, 1941 in Osceola Mills, he was a son of the late Frank and Marie( Sidorick) Natalie.

John owned and operated Natalie's Auto Salvage for over 40 years.

He enjoyed racing, fishing, and watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up. He was a real family man, and the children were always important to him.

He loved telling stories to people and was quite the jokester, always teasing and trying to get people to smile.

On September 30, 1976 he married his wife of 50 years, Nancy (Greenaway) Natalie who survives at home.

Along with his wife, John is survived by a daughter Susan Natalie Lopez, a son John Natalie Jr. and his wife Michelle, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Also surviving are three sisters; Jeanne Papol, Vera Turner, Marie Michaels and numerous nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Dawn Marie Hibbs, and two brothers, Emanuel and Ronald Natalie.

A Celebration of John's Life will be held at a later date.

Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
